🌈 Noah's Big Boat

Genesis 6–9 · God keeps his promises.

📖 The story

God told Noah to build a huge boat called an ark. Noah obeyed, even though there was no rain yet! Noah, his family and the animals went inside, and God kept them safe through a giant flood. Afterwards, God put a rainbow in the sky as a promise.

🤩 Fun facts

The ark was longer than a footy field!
It rained for 40 days and 40 nights.
Noah sent out a dove, and it came back with an olive leaf.
The rainbow is God's promise never to flood the whole earth again.

✨ Memory verse ✨

"I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth."

Genesis 9:13 (NIV)
